Pirches celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Pirch of Spring Valley celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently with a celebratory Mass at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Spring Valley and a family dinner at Verucchi’s Ristorante.

Donald “Chooch” Pirch and the former Pat Stephanites were married May 16, 1959, at St. Anne’s Church in Spring Valley.

Chooch worked as an operating engineer for Local 150 until his retirement in 1996. Pat worked at Spring Valley City Bank in the new accounts department until her retirement in October 2007. They are members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Spring Valley.
