Happ makes a statement

Former St. Bede Bruin J.A. Happ tossed a four-hit, 7-0 shutout against the Colorado Rockies at Citizen’s Bank Park in Philadelphia. He struck out a career-high 10 batters. He also hit his first career extra-base hit with an eight-inning double off the Rockies’ Josh Fogg.
