Bureau Valley (360) was sixth, and Hall (368) was ninth in Class A.
“I was really pleased with the our performance today. Rock Island Alleman is an outstanding team, and finishing second to them is nothing to be ashamed of,” PHS coach Brian Church said.
“This is a good tournament for us, but I think that we can improve on it. Our younger kids are realizing what a grind an 18-hole tournament is all about, and they will learn from it and work harder to improve on their score.”
