Sarah Nicole Rowley of Elk Grove Village and Dino Anthony Petrin Jr. of Elk Grove Village were united in marriage June 20 in an outdoor ceremony at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles. The Rev. Jim Rehnberg officiated at the service. Nuptial music was provided by Holly Keenon, violinist, and Audra Sybert, flutist.
The bride is the daughter of Tammy and Rodney Lange of Princeton, and Greg and Michelle Rowley of Princeton. The groom is the son of Dino and Kathy Petrin of Melrose Park. Grandparents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Reed of Wyanet, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Rowley of Princeton, Mr. and Mrs. Dino Petrin of Chicago, and Sylvia Nasshan of Melrose Park.
The bride wore a diamond white, one-piece, strapless, slim A-line gown with lace-up closure. This style features an asymmetrically wrapped shimmer satin bodice with twinkling embellished lace.
Christina Casinover, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Nicole Barbieri, Laura Chesko, Kristin Jensen, Katie Leston, Christina Marks, Meghan Maloney and Nina Menolascino. Ava Lynn Travis was the flower girl.
The attendants wore aubergine, one-piece, satin, strapless gowns with a pleated bodice and A-line skirts.
Joseph Menzione served as best man. Groomsmen were Trevor Rowley, Charles Crissey, Ryan Crissey, Christopher Dolinar, Jason Nelson, Philip Nocita and Michael Sicuro III. Ushers were Mario Barbieri, Michael Berti, Justin DiStefano and Timothy Sage. Ian Kelly was the ring bearer.
A reception to honor the couple was held at the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles.
After a wedding trip to the Aventura Spa Palace in Rivera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Elk Grove Village.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Princeton High School and received her bachelor’s degree in special education from Northern Illinois University in 2007. She teaches a fifth-grade LD self contained class at North Elementary School in Franklin Park.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Fenwick High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in history with teacher certification from Northern Illinois University in 2007 and a master’s degree in special education from Dominican University in 2009. He teaches at Glenbard North High School in the special education department with the AIM program, a program for students with emotional disorders.
