Youth dance

PRINCETON — A youth dance for eighth graders and younger, sponsored by the Princeton Moose Kids Club, will be from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Princeton Moose Lodge. Admission is $4, with food and drinks provided.

Breakfast planned

PRINCETON — The Princeton Veterans Organizations will hold an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon Nov. 15 at the Legion Post, 1549 W. Peru St. in Princeton. The menu will include pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice, milk and coffee. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for ages 4-12. This is a major fundraiser for the group. Tickets are available from any group member or at the door.

Bake sale

PRINCETON — Orchard View Rehabilitation and Health Care will hold a Harvest Bake Sale from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Orchard View. Proceeds will go to the resident treat fund.

Names wanted

PRINCETON — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 125 of Princeton is asking for names and addresses of Bureau County and surrounding area soldiers stationed in the Middle East and Africa so the Unit can send them a Christmas box this year. Ham supper

PRINCETON — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 125 of Princeton will hold its sixth annual ham supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at the post home. The menu will include baked ham, potatoes, hot vegetables, dinner rolls, salads, coffee and iced tea. Tickets are $7 for adults, $3 for ages 6-10. There will also be a 50/50 drawing that night. This is a major fundraiser for the Unit to continue its veterans programs for local and those troops overseas.

Toy drive

PRINCETON — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 125 of Princeton will conduct its fourth annual toy drive beginning on Nov. 1 and running through Dec. 12. Toys can be dropped off for children ages birth to 12 years old at the Legion Post vestibule. All toys collected will be distributed to children in Bureau County who are less fortunate.
