LaMoille/Ohio and Princeton turned Senior Nights for their volleyball teams this week into winning nights.

At Princeton: The host Tigresses improved their NCIC Lincoln conference mark to 6-3 on the season as they topped Kewanee 25-12, 25-9, at Prouty Gymnasium on Senior Night Tuesday. Lacy Jensen registered eight kills to lead PHS, Sarah Maynard added six. Molly Stephens notched 22 assists and nine service points with four aces. Jolyn Kain posted four digs, Steph Bonucci added three for the Tigers, who advanced to 26-5-1 on the season.

PHS won the sophomore contest 25-20, 25-14 to remain unbeaten at 9-0 in NCIC play at 22-1-2 overall, and also took the freshmen (17-4, 7-2) game 25-5 25-21.

At Ohio: The Lady Lions notched their fourth win of the year by defeating Serena 25-14, 25-21 Monday over the Little Ten rival in a non conference matchup in Ohio. Erika Walzer led the Lady Lions (4-22-1) with six kills, Macee Monroe had a team-high seven points and Raeann Coughlin 21 digs.

Serena took the F/S match 20-25, 25-21, 25-22 with Monroe posting 17 digs, nine kills and eight points, Emily Kirby 14 digs and 10 points and Aubrey Molln six points and eight digs.

At Kirkland: LaMoille/Ohio picked up their second win in a row Tuesday night as they topped Kirkland-Hiawatha 25-16, 25-21 on the road. Libero Reann Coughlin had a big night defensively, registering 20 digs for the Lady Lions co-op, Laura Stouffer added 12 digs to go along with 11 service points, and both Taylor Gott and Mary Bartoli were also in double-digits with 10 digs apiece. Erika Walzer led LaMoille/Ohio (5-22-1) with 10 kills, with Haley Stouffer adding six.

Kirkland captured the F/S contest 25-17, 25-7.

At Somonauk: The host Bobcats pushed St. Bede into three games before the Lady Bruins made off with a 25-17, 22-25, 25-16 non conference win Monday. Kayla MacDavitt led the Lady Bruins with seven kills and five blocks and Molly Scott had 11 points.

At St. Bede: The Lady Bruins made short work of the visiting Lady Giants of DePue, taking a two-set 25-4, 25-9 win Tuesday night at the Academy. Kayla MacDavitt registered 12 service points with six aces to go along with two kills and two blocks for the Lady Bruins. Molly Scott and Brittany Burgess shared the SBA lead in digs with three apiece, Kelsey Moravec had three kills and Jillian Stariha notched four assists for the St. Bede (15-11-2, 6-2) win.
