Little tricksters get treats in Spring Valley

That "iron" ball and chain didn't slow down Jack Curran, who enjoyed the annual Spring Valley Halloween Parade at full speed Saturday. Area youngsters paraded along St. Paul Street to the Spring Valley Mini Park, where costumes were judged and treats passed out.
