Who’s tampering 
with the mail?

I’m asking Ohio citizens if they know anyone who tampered with my mail. The papers were sent out by the Committee of 10 from Ohio. The papers were stapled. After the mail was put in my box, someone opened my box and opened my health papers from Rockford Clinic and put them in that envelope. The seal had to be steamed open and re-glued the envelope closed. I’ve turned it over to a government investigator.
