Paternal grandparents are Howard and Bonnie Sebby of Utica. Great-grandparents are John and Joyce English of Liberty, Mo., Ernest Russell of Earlville and Marcie Bolden of Wedron.
Walter: Ronald and Tiffany (Lowery) Walter of Tonica are the parents of a son, Casey James, born Oct. 20 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length. He was welcomed home by one brother, Jacob, 15. Maternal grandparent is Tim Lowery of Big Rock. Paternal grandparents are James and Patricia Walter of Granville. Great-grandparent is Franklyn Powell of Big Rock.
