Doris Belkholm

PRINCETON — Doris Irene Belkholm, 90, of Princeton died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, at Colonial Hall Care Center in Princeton.

She was born July 23, 1919, in Zearing to Arvid and Minnie (Swanson) Belkholm.

She attended Princeton High School. She previously worked at Gambles and Citizen’s Bank for many years. She was an active member of First Lutheran Church of Princeton.

Surviving are two nieces, Dianne (David) Van Drew of Rochelle and Joanne Sheldon of Princeton; one nephew, Sebert Larson of Princeton; one great-niece, Melissa Thompson of Princeton; one great-great-niece, Nyla Thompson of Princeton; and one great-great-nephew, Ethan Thompson of Princeton.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the First Lutheran Church, Princeton, with Pastor Norman Femrite officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Lawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the services Monday at the church.
