Breakfast seminar 
is Wednesday

PERU — A Business Breakfast Seminar, sponsored by the Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development (IVAC) Business Breakfast Seminar Committee, will be held at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mario’s Maples Supper Club in Peru. The topic of the seminar will be “State of the Counties.”

Speakers at the seminar will be LaSalle County Chairman Jerry Hicks, Putnam County Chairman Duane Calbow, and Bureau County Vice Chairman Mark Pierson. Each speaker will be speaking on behalf of their county to discuss, enlighten and inform the attendees what the current and future plans are for the county.

Registration for the seminar is $13 for members and $16 for non-members. A hot breakfast buffet will be provided at 7:15 a.m. Reservations must be made by calling (815) 223-0227 no later than noon Tuesday.
