The people in a Page 8 photo in Tuesday’s Bureau County Republican were misidentified. The caption should have read American Legion Post Auxiliary Unit 125 members Agnes Dunn (left) and Carol Allicks (right) present bags of apples to Logan Junior High School Principal J.D. Orwig for the school’s teaching staff and their aides. The Apples for Teachers program is part of the educational program of the National American Legion Auxiliary.
