Unlawful consumption of alcohol

Christopher A. Humpage, 20, of Spring Valley was charged with the unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 100 block of East Erie Street at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 14.

Accidents

Vehicles driven by James H. Johnson, 39, of Ladd and Shawn C. Kizzee, 22, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident on Route 89, 100 feet south of Wolfer Industrial Drive, at 5:35 p.m. Nov. 13. Johnson was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Susan K. Coleman, 53, of Hennepin was turning in parking lot of St. Margaret’s Hospital and struck the support pillars to the awning outside the entrance at 3:02 p.m. Nov. 13.

Warrant arrest

Nicole M. Croissant 22, of Spring Valley was arrested on a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear for a delivery of cannabis charge following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Oak Street at 8:15 a.m. Nov. 16.

Driving while license suspended

Jonatan Huerta 27, of Spring Valley was charged with driving while suspended following a traffic stop on Route 6, east of Dalzell Road, at 10:16 p.m. Nov. 16.
