Santa in town
DOVER — Santa will be at the Dover Village Hall from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served, and crafts can be made. The event is sponsored by the Dover Congregational Church and the Village of Dover.
Breakfast planned
LAMOILLE — The LaMoille Lions Club will serve an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Lions Club.
Christmas Walk
DEPUE — The DePue Christmas Walk will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday. Pictures with Santa will be from 10 a.m. to noon at the DePue Fire Station.
Workshop rescheduled
PRINCETON — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 125 of Princeton has rescheduled its veterans Christmas gift bag workshop for 9 a.m. Saturday at the post home. As many members as possible are needed. For more information, call (815) 872-0430.
Christian book club
PRINCETON — A Christian book club will meet at 8:30 a.m. the second Tuesday of every month at the First Lutheran Church, 116 N. Pleasant St. in Princeton. Bingo

Blood drive
DEPUE — An American Red Cross blood drive will be from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the First Congregational Church Hall in DePue. To make an appointment, call DePue School at (815) 447-2121 during school hours.

PRINCETON — The next youth dance for eighth-graders and younger will be from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. Jan. 9, 2010, at the Princeton Moose Lodge.
