Erickson will celebrate 85th birthday
PRINCETON — Jack Erickson, a resident of Liberty Village in Princeton, will celebrate his 85th birthday Monday.
He was born Dec. 21, 1924, in Ohio, Ill. He married Betty Foster in 1948 and they are the parents of four children, Pam Erickson, Alan Erickson, Jill (Kevin) Bullington and Tami (Jim) Zawacki, all of Princeton. They also have three grandchildren, Shaun (Angela) Bullington, and Hanna and Trace Erickson, and one great-grandchild, John Thomas Bullington.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946 and from 1950 to 1951. He worked for LCN Door Closers from 1948 until he retired in 1987. He is a member of the VFW, Masons and the American Legion.
