Turners will note 50th wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Turner of Stillman Valley will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 27 at the First Baptist Church, 505 Hill Street, in Oregon, Ill.

Donald “Don” Turner and the former Janet May were married Dec. 27, 1959, at the Kasbeer Community Church in Kasbeer. Their attendants were Marilyn (May) Fordham, Audrey (Schultz) Barlow, Ronald Wall and William Fordham.
