She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 18 1/2 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Larry and Ellen Ringenberg of Princeton. Paternal grandparents are Lyndon and Sue Hahn of LaMoille. Great-grandparents are Dorothy Philbrook of Princeton and Lorraine Henkel of Mendota.
Higgins: Joseph Higgins and Amanda Hunkapiller of LaSalle are the parents of a son, Alexander Robert Dean, born Dec. 11 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 21 inches in length. He was welcomed home by two sisters, Emma Higgins, 4, and Lily Higgins, 1 1/2. Maternal grandparents are Robert and Debbie Hunkapiller of Peru. Paternal grandparent is Rhonda Higgins of Ottawa. Great-grandparents are Judy and Gaylon Irvin of Peru and Helen Balher of Ottawa.
