State Bank of Cherry earns superior rating

CHERRY — The State Bank of Cherry has earned a five-star superior rating from BauerFinancial Inc. of Coral Gables, Fla., the nation’s leading independent bank and credit union rating and research firm.

This is the 66th consecutive quarter the State Bank of Cherry has merited this highest honor. Earning the firm’s highest five-star rating for a decade or longer puts the State Bank of Cherry in an elite group of banks called exceptional performance banks. Only 9 percent of the nation's banks can claim that distinction. The rating is based on the overall financial condition of the bank.
