It’s all about the sausage

Jerry Boers carefully hangs a freshly-made sausage at the Hollowayville United Church of Christ Thursday. Boers and a roomful of other men made the pork sausage in preparation for the church’s 58th annual pancake and sausage brunch, which will be held Sunday. The brunch, which also includes French toast, applesauce, fruit and homemade pie for dessert, is served from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at a cost of $6 for adults and $3 for children.
