Tigers take over sole possesion of first place

PRINCETON - Reid Clary had 15 points, Ryne Vrana 11and Scott Roseberg 10 to lead Princeton to a 69-41 win over arch-rival Hall Friday at Prouty Gymnasium.

The win, coupled with IVC’s 72-65 overtime loss at Rock Falls, leaves the Tigers (19-1) all alone atop the NCIC Lincoln at 7-1. PHS and IVC will play Friday at Prouty Gym.

Hall was led by Billy Gaull with 16 points.

Austin Peterson led Bureau Valley to a 64-56 win at Sterling Newman with 34 points.

St. Bede beat Ottawa Marquette 68-63 in a Tri-County clash at the Academy, while Woodland beat DePue 65-25.
