Babysitter’s class
PRINCETON — A newly revised American Red Cross babysitting class will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at the Bureau County Metro Center. Take-home materials include a babysitter’s training handbook, reference guide, training CD and a babysitter’s portfolio. Cost for the class and materials is $40. The portfolio is an additional $10. Wild game supper
MANLIUS — The Manlius Sportsman’s Club’s wild game supper will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 27 at the Sportsman’s Club.
PHS concert
PRINCETON — Princeton High School’s annual winter band concert will be at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in PHS’ Sally Skinner Council Auditorium. The concert will feature the Princeton Tiger Band, as well as numbers by the Jazz Band and the Percussion Ensemble. Tickets will be sold at the door and cost $4 for adults and $3 for students (K-12) and seniors (55 and up).
Spaghetti fundraiser
PRINCETON — The KidLit Foundation will hold an all-you-can-eat spaghetti fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Italian Express Restaurant. Tickets are $6. Carry-outs are available and walk-ins are welcome. Tickets are available from a KidLit representative by calling (815) 200-9877, online at www.princetonkidlit.org, or at the door. All proceeds will go toward the start up of the KidLit Foundation and Princeton KidLit, a celebration of children’s literature that will take place Sept. 25.
CPR, first aid class
PRINCETON— An adult CPR and first aid class will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 27 at the Walnut Community Center. The class, sponsored by the American Red Cross, will cost $20. To register, call (815) 879-2231.
HSTP to meet
MENDOTA — The Human Services Transportation Plan-Region 3-Transportation Committee will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 26 at the Mendota Civic Center, 1901 Tom Merwin Drive. The meeting is open to the public.
