SPRING VALLEY — Trying to make technology simpler for home owners and business owners is the goal for Troy Resetich, owner of TROY Simplified Technologies of Spring Valley.

“We try to make businesses more competitive and homes more enjoyable,” said Resetich, who grew up in DePue and graduated from St. Bede Academy. He received a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Bradley University in Peoria and has more than 10 years of industrial and home automation experience.

“We are a systems integration firm, specializing in the design, installation and consultation of commercial/industrial and residential technology systems,” he said. “Each system is customized to be easy to use. The past projects are broad from vehicle tracking systems for feet management to A/V systems for restaurants to simplified HDTV packages for residential systems.”

Resetich has worked with Lanutis in Ladd in putting in an audio visual system for this long-standing restaurant and also with Valley Bar and Grill in Spring Valley. He has also worked with the Bureau County Housing Authority in Princeton and with Janko Realty to putt in automation systems in their spec homes.

He will be at the Home and Garden Show this weekend at Celebrations 150 in Utica.

Resetich’s business will install and setup audio visual systems for residential and commercial customers by helping them choose what kind of HDTV they want such as LED, OLED, PLASMA, rear projection, etc., and custom a programmed remote for the specific system to replace all other remotes.

He also deals with home or office automation by setting up remote controlled lighting and dimmers, temperature control, centralized auto, motorized drapes/blinds, touchscreen/smart phone controlled or check on your home anywhere.

His business will also help with computer and network assistance with setup and maintenance home networks, and computer troubleshooting,

“We come to you to fix your problem, and we can make your computer fast again,” said Resetich.
