Retail theft
Herbert Alonzo, 19, of Spring Valley was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing food items from Happy’s Super Service following an investigation at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 25. Also charged with retail theft in the same incident were a 14-year-old female and a 16-year-old male, both of Spring Valley.
