Warrant arrest

Judith A. Newman, 38, of Spring Valley was charged on a warrant for failure to appear on a deceptive practice charge after she turned herself in at 5:10 p.m. March 1.

Domestic battery

Mitchell B. Buell, 24, of Spring Valley was charged with domestic battery following an altercation at his residence in the 300 block of North Hennessey Street at 7:43 p.m. Feb. 27.

Warrant arrest

Jordan D. Jaggers, 19, of Ottawa was arrested for failure to appear on a LaSalle County warrant for retail theft following a traffic stop at the intersection of Dakota and Greenwood Streets at 9:35 p.m. Feb. 26.

No valid driver’s license

Graciela K. Gutierrez, 31, of Princeton was charged with no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at the intersection on Route 6 and Northview Drive at 5:46 a.m. Feb. 27.
