Driving under the influence

Luis A. Rivera, 19, of Arlington was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 5:31 p.m. March 7 on the Arlington Blacktop, one-fourth mile east of Route 89. He was also charged with failure to yield at a traffic sign, possession of drug equipment, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer.

Marilee J. Block, 47, of LaMoille was charged with driving under the influence after her vehicle hit a parked vehicle at 12:25 a.m. March 6 in LaMoille. She was also charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Mary A. Brown, 47, of Tiskilwa was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 8:43 p.m. March 4 on Route 26, at the bottom of Weises Hill. She was also charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage.
