PRINCETON — A 15-hour food service sanitation manager’s course and certification is being offered by the Bureau/Putnam County Health Department from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 4 and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 18 and 25. The course fee is $100. Seating is limited to 35.
