DePue falls to R-B

After winning its opener Monday in the Tri-County volleyball tourney, DePue dropped its next two outings, including a 10-25, 5-25 setback to Roanoke-Benson, Thursday at Henry. Pauline Villagomez led DePue with 18 digs and four points and Celia Villagomez had three kills.

Indian Creek 2, LaMoille 0: The Lady Lions fell 18-25, 13-25 on the road Thursday. Erika Walzer and Megan Swanson each had two kills, Laura Stouffer and Aubrey Molln four digs apiece and Megan Elam two points and seven assists.

L/O also dropped the F/S match 2-25, 21-25 with Brittany Chasteen and Ashley Schrader serving for three points each and Megan Swanson tallying three kills.
