Elks Hoop Shoot

PRINCETON — The Princeton Elks Lodge will host its annual Hoop Shot for ages 8-13 at 11 a.m. on Jan. 7 at Princeton Logan Junior High School. The child that makes the most shots of 25 attempts in each age division advances to district competition in Dixon.

PRINCETON — Princeton Youth Soccer will host a Grade 8 (adult age) ref class at 9 a.m. on Jan. 28-29 at the Prouty Building in Princeton. This is an entry or recertification class.

Coaches clinic

MANLIUS — Bureau Valley High School will host the annual Bureau County Track and Cross Country Coaches Clinic on Feb. 4 in Manlius. Registration will start at 8:15 a.m. with clinic running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There are 10 speakers scheduled to appear.

Entry fee is $60 if mailed by Jan. 24 and $85 after or at the door.
