Mecum: Chris Mecum and Brittney McIntyre of Princeton are the parents of a daughter, Alexis Leah, born Jan. 9 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19 1/2 inches in length. Paternal grandparent is Cassie Craig.

Templeton: T.J. and Hillary (Grilc) Templeton of Oglesby are the parents of a son, Harrison Thomas, born Jan. 6 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 20 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Mark and Robin Grilc. Paternal grandparents are Tom and Cheryl Templeton.

Pratt: Michael and Katherine (Gebeck) Pratt of Neponset are the parents of a son, Ryan Michael, born Jan. 8 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. He weighed 7 pounds, and measured 19 inches in length. He was welcomed home by three sisters, Hannah, 9, Jennifer, 8, and Elizabeth, 4. Maternal grandparents are Frank and Patricia Gebeck. Paternal grandparents are Terry and Kathleen Pratt.

Smith: Christopher and Elizabeth (Palmer) Smith of Magnolia are the parents of a daughter, Marlee Jean, born Jan. 8 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. She weighed 5 pounds, 4 ounces, and measured 18 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Pam Palmer of Union and Andy Palmer of Belvidere. Paternal grandparents are Butch and Laurie Smith of Magnolia.

Pratt: Curtis Pratt and Brittany Floyd are the parents of a daughter born Jan. 9 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru.
