Thank you;
shame on you

Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

I would like to send a big THANK YOU to the two Princeton employees who stopped to help my mother on Monday morning, Jan. 9. She had left Central Bank and was crossing Main Street to go to the post office when she fell. I don’t know who the gentlemen were, but your help was greatly appreciated. They pulled up to her and turned on their flashing lights, so she would not be hit by traffic. Shortly after they stopped, a younger couple stopped, and then the Princeton ambulance arrived. Thank you to these people, too.

I would also like to send a big SHAME ON YOU to all the people who drove past her and around her. She was shocked that people just drove on. What were you thinking? I hope you all got to your destinations safely and on time because it must have been somewhere extremely important that you could not take five minutes to stop and help.

She has a very large knot on her forehead, two black eyes, a broken nose and a fractured elbow. But those injuries do not hurt nearly as much as the thought that people just kept driving.
