The school cafeteria was filled with snowmen Jan. 19. Parents and children enjoyed decorating snowmen made from a variety of items: feathers, flowers, nuts and bolts, sticks and stickers, yarn and garland. When their snowmen were done, music began to play calling the children to bring their parents over. BVN music teacher David Larkin lead the music and movement activities including a winter rendition of the “Hokey Pokey” and movement with the book “A Snowy Day.”
