Open house planned for Draper

Merrill “Pat” Draper of Amboy will celebrate his 90th birthday with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Amboy Community Building.

He was born Feb 17, 1922, in New Bedford to Ivan and Helen (Murphy) Draper, and he married Joyce Conner. He has three children and four grandchildren. He is a retired farmer. He is a member of the Red Oak United Methodist Church and was a member of the Ohio United Methodist Church before it closed in July 2010.
