STERLING — Tamra Culver of Princeton has graduated from the Educators of Beauty in Sterling.
Culver completed 1,500 hours of training, studied all phases of cosmetology education and satisfied all graduation requirements. She is now eligible to take the Cosmetology State Board Examination and become a licensed cosmetologist.
