A wholehearted thank you

I want to send a wholehearted thank you to the young man who stopped to help me when I fell backwards on my cement driveway Halloween evening. I’m so glad he was looking my way when I was waving my arm. He called the ambulance and helped my husband turn off the kitchen stove. When he saw that the ambulance crew was taking care of me, he left and I did not get his name.

A thank you also to the policeman who brought my husband to the hospital. I spent that night and the next day in the hospital. I had two cat scans to determine if there was any bleeding in my skull. There wasn’t, but I sure had a big bump on the back of my head.

I am very grateful to the young man, the ambulance crew and hospital personnel for their patience and helpfulness.
