Book Club meeting
PRINCETON — The Princeton Public Library Book Club will meet at 4 p.m. April 12 in the community meeting room at the library. They will read “Poisonwood Bible” by Barbara Kingsolver. Anyone is invited to join the group in discussing this book. The group is sponsored by Friends of Princeton Public Library.
Ladies Night Out
SHEFFIELD — The program for Tuesday’s Ladies Night Out event in Sheffield will be Ann Dittmer, owner of Annie’s Little Pots. Ann will bring the potter’s wheel for the ladies to try. The program is at 7 p.m. and due to it being election day the program will be held at the First United Church of Christ at 201 E. Chestnut St. in Sheffield. All ladies in the area are welcome to attend.
PRINCETON — Bureau County Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) will host a Taco Night fundraiser from 5 to 7 p.m. March 21 at the Evangelical Covenant Church, 24 N Main St. in Princeton. Proceeds will benefit the programs MOPS supports, including Teen MOPS and the Moms Helping Moms Pantry. Everyone is welcome to this event. Donations will be accepted. PRINCETON — The Princeton High School Fine Arts Department will present the classic rock-and-roll musical comedy “Bye Bye Birdie” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Sally Skinner Council Auditorium at the school.
