PRINCETON — Flowers By Julia has been awarded an FTD Quality Star rating for all of 2011. The FTD Quality Star rating is re-evaluated each four-month directory cycle, and Flowers By Julia successfully met this designation’s criteria.

Being an FTD Quality Star Award recipient means the flower shop fulfilled and delivered FTD orders in a timely manner during each four-month cycle. Plus, the orders were filled with quality products, resulting in a low refund rate.

“This is a significant accomplishment, and we commend you and your employees for your dedication to consistently providing a quality product and exceptional customer service,” said Rob Apatoff, FTD president. “Thank you for continuously meeting the expectations of customers by delivering a quality product time and time again. We are proud to have you as a member of the worldwide FTD network of florists.”

To let customers know of the store’s achievement, FTD has placed an FTD Quality Star window decal at the Princeton store.

Flowers By Julia is owned by Keith and Julia Cain.
