JFK wins first place
STREATOR — The John F. Kennedy seventh-grade Scholastic Bowl team won first place at the Knowledge Master Tournament in Streator on March 3. Their record for the day was 8-0.
Team members include Hayden Nielsen, D.J. Elias, Jimmy Perona, Ein Spenser, Kaitlyn Huston, Brooklyn Fusinatto, Kia Miller, Tess Monte and Nathan Diaz. Elias received the high scorer award.
