Jim Fatz, Lori Fatz and Kaylee Scanland enjoy some cake and punch at Tuesday’s open house held at Opportunity Knocks, 21 Park Ave. East, in Princeton, where Fatz’s businesses, CyberTech Security and Learn 2 Be Safe, will be located. The former Dunbar’s building has been changed into the business incubator of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce’s Retail Development Committee designed to help entrepreneurs locate their start-up businesses.
