PRINCETON — On April 20, Princeton National Bancorp Inc. announced the resignation of Rodney D. Stickle, senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Stickle’s resignation is effective May 11.
Princeton National Bancorp President/CEO Tom Ogaard said Stickle has been with the bank for a year and one-half. He said Stickle, who came to Princeton from the Chicago suburbs, has opportunities he wants to pursue back in the suburbs.
“Todd Fanning, executive vice president and chief operating officer, will assume the duties of the chief financial officer,” Ogaard said, adding Fanning was the bank’s previous CFO. “Todd will continue as CFO and COO (chief operations officer). It’s a strategic fit to have Todd there, particularly as we work through all these problems. With Rod leaving, we will combine those functions for the foreseeable future.”
