Part of the Twidell family took the BCR to the Grand Cayman Island where they celebrated their father, George Twidell’s, 85th birthday on July 4. Many cruise ships harbor there for a day but the Twidells had a personal guide while staying there for a week and more. Mitchell Ebanks, George and Margaret Twidell’s son-in-law, was born and raised there. The Cayman Islands are southwest of Cuba but the temperature there was 10 to 15 degrees cooler there than in Bureau County at that time.
