What a beautiful weekend it was ... just perfect for the annual Homestead Festival! The crowds looked good, and the activities were plenty. I hope you had a great time and enjoyed visiting with family and friends, while participating in many of the events.

I’d personally like to congratulate Princeton Mayor Keith Cain, the Princeton City Council, city of Princeton employees, businesses owners and their staffs, and the Homestead Committee for going the extra mile to make Princeton look like a million bucks. I don’t know about you, but the town was spit-shined, and it looked absolutely wonderful. Wow! Something about seeing those flags flying as you crossed the tracks just made one feel so proud ... Nice job, everyone!
