BVHS homecoming activities set

MANLIUS — Bureau Valley High School students have a full week of Homecoming events which began on Monday when the freshman football team played Amboy.

Today, Tuesday, the freshmen, sophomore and varsity volleyball teams will play Amboy beginning at 5:15 p.m. at home.

On Wednesday, the freshmen, sophomore and varsity volleyball teams will play Sterling Newman at home, also beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The homecoming parade, set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, will travel through downtown Manlius beginning at the Lutheran Church and ending at the high school. A pep rally will be held at the football field following the parade.

The homecoming football game against St. Bede will begin Friday with the sophomore game at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The homecoming dance will be from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the high school. Tickets are $3 per person or $5 per couple.

Dress-up Days will include Twin Day, today, Tuesday, Student/Teacher Flip Flop Day on Wednesday, Class Color Day on Thursday and Friday will be Storm Day. Monday was Pajamas Day.
