MANLIUS — The Manlius Fire Department held its September meeting with 13 members present.

A thank you note and a donation check were received from Anthony and Sally Bauer for a recent fire. Chief Bob Neahring will purchase a blitz nozzle. Attendance awards were won by Justin Doty, Chris Maynard and Robert Reglin. The Inter-Community Fyr Fyters Association meeting was held in Mineral.

The next training meeting will be 6:30 p.m. Monday. The next regular meeting will be 6:30 p.m. Oct. 11. Lunch committee will be P.J. Baker and Dexter Hansen.
