Amber Duffield of Ohio, Ill., and Jason March of Ohio, Ill., were united in marriage May 26 in the Zion Lutheran Church of Clarion in LaMoille by Pastor Joe Denner. Nuptial music was provided by Marilyn Geiger, organist; Judy Andersen, pianist; and Kaylene Becker and Brian Kocher, vocalists.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Renee Duffield of Ohio, Ill. The groom is the son of James March of LaSalle and Nancy March of Ohio, Ill.

The bride wore a chic caught-up gown with a sweetheart neckline and corset closure. The gown had bustles cascading down the skirt with handmade flowers throughout and was accented with a floral shoulder strap. She wore a blusher-type veil, a pear bracelet, and diamond earrings and necklace. She carried white peonies and white gerber daises.

Erin Duffield, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lisa Lippe, Molly Rhodes and Lindsey Augustine, all friends of the bride, and Lorraine Stamberger and Meredith Stamberger, cousins of the bride. Ellie Snodgrass, friend of the bride, was the flower girl.

The attendants wore satin strapless pick-up dresses, and the flower girl wore a lavender floor-length dress with bow.

Ryan Becker and John Bulfer, friends of the grooms, served as best men. Groomsmen were Justin March and Tim March, brothers of the groom, John Cullinane, friend of the groom, and Andrew Duffield, brother of the bride. Ushers were Matthew Atilano and Kevin Rod, cousins of the bride, and Pete Pendarvis, friend of the groom.

The couple was honored at a reception at The Galleria in Princeton. Assistants at the reception were Tim and Susan Stamberger, godparents of the bride.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Dixon.

The bride is a 2010 graduate of Eastern Illinois University. She is a substitute teacher in the Dixon area.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Sauk Valley Community College. He is employed at KSB Hospital in Dixon in the information systems department.
