Domestic battery

Jacob T. Rodriguez, 28, of Spring Valley was charged with domestic battery following an incident at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 20 in the first block of Briarcliff Drive.

Theft

Dejion D. Clark, 27, of Spring Valley was arrested for theft of lost or mislaid property at 5 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Spring Valley Police Department. He was also arrested on a LaSalle County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of domestic battery.

Accident

Matthew A. Tondi, 19, of Peru and Michelle L. Glancy, 38 of Peru were involved in an accident at the intersection of Route 89 and Northview Drive at 3:47 p.m. Sept. 24. Tondi was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
