Driving with revoked license

Roger Garcia, 51, of Chicago was charged with driving with his license revoked and failure to secure a child under 8 in the appropriate restraint system at the intersection of Richard Mautino Drive and Ponsetti Drive at 11:28 a.m. Sept. 27.
