DALZELL — Donna M. Bernabei, 55, of 228 Saunders St., Dalzell, died at 8:31 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Heartland Health Care Center in Henry.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Barto Funeral Home in Spring Valley, the Rev. Paul Meismer officiating. Burial will be in the Ladd Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
