Tigers top Class A team at L-P Invite

The Princeton Tigers took top honors in Class A in Saturday’s L-P Invitational golf meet.

Zach Hicks paced the Tigers at 78, with Cole Evenson one stroke back. Also scoring for the Tigers, who finished 14th overall in a field of 23 schools, were Hunter Schultz (81) and Ian Nichols (97), with Derec Roberson (102) and Miles Rose (103) rounding out the scorecard.

Hall finished 22nd (396) paced by Pete Mautino’s 89. Also for Hall were Nick Scheri (101), Zach Vanderpool (102), Nathan Alfano (105) and Malcom Bernabei (107).


Three Rivers: Bureau Valley’s Ryan Young earned first team Three Rivers All-conference honors, which is accumulated on points throughout the season. He finished seventh in the conference meet.
