PERU — Kamal Kishore, MD, ophthalmologist and retina specialist at Illinois Retina Institute, 3602 Marquette Road, Peru, recently presented research to vision scientists at the 30th annual meeting of American Society of Retina Specialists (ASRS) in Las Vegas on swelling in the macula (center of the eye) from diabetes.

Dr. Kishore is one of America’s top ophthalmologists selected by the Consumer Research Council and is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.
