Hieronymus on sports!

Tonight I will be rooting for a Cub. Stop the presses, yes I will rooting for a Cub, a former Cub, that is. Adam Greenberg hopefully will get to step up to the plate in Miami, if Ozzie Guillen lets him. He'll take get his at-bat in the Major League that was taken away from him in 2005 while with the Cubs when he was beaned in the head by the very first, and only pitch, he's ever seen in the Big Leagues. The former Cubs prospect has been physically unable to make it back before, but appears to be in tip-top playing shape as he's tried to make a comeback. Thanks to the "One At-Bat Campaign," he'll get his shot with the Marlins tonight against the Mets. And I'll be rooting for the former Cub. He deserves all of our support. It'll be the most deserving at-bat since Moonlight Graham in the Field of Dreams.
